We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to architect, develop, and maintain complex enterprise Odoo modules and upgrade-safe ERP solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo Framework (v15 to v18).
- Solid experience with OWL (Odoo Web Library) and JavaScript frontend components.
- Deep understanding of Odoo ORM, security rules, and performance optimization.
- Experience with git, CI/CD pipelines, and Odoo.sh or Docker deployments.
Odoo Functional Consultant & Lead
Lead business discovery sessions, translate client business workflows into standard Odoo configurations, and manage successful end-to-end ERP implementations.
Key Requirements:
- Hands-on expertise configuring Odoo Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
- Demonstrated experience leading discovery workshops and preparing GAP analysis reports.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience in user training, acceptance testing (UAT), and data migration planning.
Junior Odoo / Python Engineer
